Terms and Conditions

  • Registrations received remain tentative until payment in full has been received.
  • Upon submitting your registration(s), an invoice will be issued and emailed to you electronically. If you are registering as part of a larger group, and therefore are eligible for reduced rates, your invoice will reflect applicable group rates. 
  • Payment options will be stated on your invoice. Payment terms are 143 calendar days, after which unsettled registrations may be canceled.
  • Purchased forum passes may be transferred to other individuals within the same organization only; provided transfers are requested prior to Feb 15th 2019
  • All passes are inclusive of a delegate bag, lunches, and coffee breaks
  • Passes do not include hotel accommodations, travel expenses, meals (with exception to lunches and coffee breaks provided by the forum), and any other expenses that may be associated with attending the Teacher Skills Forum 2019
  • It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance at the conference. The host and/or organizer cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
  • The host reserves the right to cancel any registration(s) that have not been remitted and settled in full by the Due Date stated on invoices.
  • The host reserves the right to cancel any registration(s) without cause, provided a 48 notice and a full refund company such cancellation(s).

Refund Policy

  • Cancellation received by no later than 30, September, 2018 are refunded in full.
  • Cancellation received between 01, October, 2018 and 15, November, 2018 are refunded at 75%.
  • Cancellation received between 16, November, 2018 and 31, December, 2018 are refunded at 50%.
  • Cancellation received between 01, January, 2019 and 31, January, 2019 are refunded at 25%.

  • Cancellations received after 31, January, 2019 are not eligible for refunds.

  • Note: Refunds will be issued on amounts remitted.
